Step 1: Submit The Quote Request Form
To request a written quote from me, please submit the quote request form. On that form, I ask you a few basic questions that help me figure out if I’m the right designer for you and whether I’ll be able to take on your project, before we dive into the deeper questions.
After you submit the form, I’ll get in touch with you and do a free 15 minute consultation over the phone. It’s at this point I can give you a rough price estimate of your project.
Step 2: Fill Out A Design Questionnaire
If we appear to be a great match, we move on to the next step – the questionnaire. I email you a copy of my questionnaire that you can fill out at your convenience – in the form of either a Word Doc or PDF.
Basically, this questionnaire helps me:
- Get to know you and your business better to give you personalized advice and suggestions
- Find out exactly what you want and need in a new website or a website redesign
- Gather enough information to give you a highly accurate quote with no surprise price hikes
- Create a website for you that’s exactly what you need
After you send your questionnaire back to me, I review your answers and get back in touch with you within 1-2 business days. If I have any further questions about the answers you submitted, I’ll contact you by email or phone to gather more information.
Step 3: Review & Sign Your Quote
Once I understand the full scope of your project, I email you a written quote, normally within 1-3 business days. My quotes tend to be very detailed, outlining the work I’ll do for you as part of your new website or website redesign project.
I do it this way so that you know exactly what’s included as part of my services, and how much each portion of your project will cost.
Step 4: Make A Down Payment
Once you sign the quote and Terms of Service, I send you a PayPal invoice for the first down payment. All major credit and debit cards are securely accepted through PayPal.
Step 5: Send All Required Files & Documents
Please remember to send me all necessary files such as images, videos, Word Documents or text needed to begin the design process, so that your website can be started and completed in a timely manner.
