Are you so busy that you just don’t have the time to do your own web maintenance?

Hire me to help you keep your website running smoothly and prevent more expensive problems from happening.

Website maintenance is as important to your website as an oil change is to a car. How so?

If you keep your website up-to-date, it will run at its best and prevent costly fixes in the future, all while continuing to give customers a good impression of your business.

Remember, your website is the face of your business on the web. So, if your website is out of date or doesn’t look like it’s being cared for, it will reflect poorly on your business.

General Web Maintenance Services and Pricing

Currently, I perform updates on Squarespace, WordPress and Solo Build It! (SBI!) sites. You have two flexible options to choose from depending on your needs.

You can hire me:

  • On an “As Needed” basis, or
  • By contract on a monthly or yearly basis.

“As Needed” Updates

I perform “As Needed” web updates at a rate of $45/hour. This option will work for you if you’ll be handling most of your website updates, but will occasionally have an update that you want a professional like me to handle.

Contracted Updates

If you’ll need 10+ hours per month for updates, you can contract me for several months up to a year. Being under contract has it’s benefits.

Under contract, your requests get priority status — which means your updates are done first before “As Needed” maintenance requests. Plus, you receive my services at a discounted rate of $40/hour under contract.

Here’s a list of things that typically fall under web maintenance services:

Finding and fixing broken links, images, 404 errors, etc.
Updating content like seasonal/temporary information, announcements, etc.
Troubleshooting issues
Installing widgets or plugins

WordPress Maintenance Services

WordPress blogs and business websites are bound to have updates. Between security updates and new software releases, your updates can start pilling up. WordPress updates are charged at the same rates as mentioned above.

In addition to the list above, here are a few specific things I can do for your WordPress website.

WordPress Theme Updates
Plugin Updates and New Installations
Troubleshoot Error Codes
Perform Site Backups
